My children wished for a playground close by.

The hotel impressed me with its beautiful design and charming ambiance. The room felt spacious and was thoughtfully designed with lovely touches. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace made mornings special, especially watching the balloons rise. The location was a short walk from the center of Goreme, allowing easy access without being in the hustle. However, some issues marred the stay. The staff, while polite, often seemed overwhelmed and lacked coordination, leading to delays during breakfast service. The walls were quite thin. I heard noise from adjacent rooms, which interrupted my sleep. Despite these flaws, I still enjoyed many aspects of my stay.

The rooftop offers breathtaking views of hot air balloons.
My experience at Osmanli Cappadocia Hotel left me extremely disappointed. The soundproofing was incredibly poor. I could hear every footstep and noise from the terrace right outside my room, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the service from the staff was inconsistent and rather unfriendly, creating a frustrating atmosphere. On multiple instances, I had to chase after basic requests like ice and glasses, which seemed to inconvenience the staff rather than be welcomed.

Views that take your breath away
My stay at Osmanli Cappadocia Hotel was delightful. The staff were warm and attentive, offering exceptional service from the moment I arrived. Breakfast was an elaborate spread with ample options that energized me for the day ahead. The view from the terrace was stunning, especially during sunrise when the hot air balloons floated gracefully in the sky. The peaceful location allowed me to relax after exploring the vibrant streets of Goreme. I left with cherished memories.
The room's soundproofing could definitely use improvement, as I often heard commotion in the hallway. Additionally, the size of the bathroom felt a bit cramped, making daily routines somewhat challenging. These minor inconveniences shouldn't overshadow the enjoyable aspects of my stay but are worth noting.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a restful night during my two-night stay. Waking up to a view of hot air balloons from the rooftop was magical, especially during sunrise. Breakfast featured plenty of vegetarian options and standout Neapolitan pizza, which was a delightful surprise. However, the pick-up service from the airport felt unprofessional, slightly tainting an otherwise lovely experience, and it would have been great to have more local guidance for first-time visitors.

Cute and Cozy Getaway
I really enjoyed my stay! The staff is super kind and helped me with everything I needed. My double room was cozy and clean, and I loved the lovely rooftop breakfast area with an amazing view of the hot air balloons. The only thing was that my room felt a bit small for my taste, but it was totally manageable. Oh, and the snack bar by the pool was a nice touch!
