My experience at Osmanli Cappadocia Hotel left me extremely disappointed. The soundproofing was incredibly poor. I could hear every footstep and noise from the terrace right outside my room, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the service from the staff was inconsistent and rather unfriendly, creating a frustrating atmosphere. On multiple instances, I had to chase after basic requests like ice and glasses, which seemed to inconvenience the staff rather than be welcomed.

The room's soundproofing could definitely use improvement, as I often heard commotion in the hallway. Additionally, the size of the bathroom felt a bit cramped, making daily routines somewhat challenging. These minor inconveniences shouldn't overshadow the enjoyable aspects of my stay but are worth noting.

Cute and Cozy Getaway

I really enjoyed my stay! The staff is super kind and helped me with everything I needed. My double room was cozy and clean, and I loved the lovely rooftop breakfast area with an amazing view of the hot air balloons. The only thing was that my room felt a bit small for my taste, but it was totally manageable. Oh, and the snack bar by the pool was a nice touch!
